This job consisted of a new patio and two sleeper steps which joined into some raised sleeper beds. We also replaced the lawn and built some low side access brick and concrete steps.
The problem with this job was drainage as it was the lowest house in the close so we also had to add a series of drain channels and underground drainage pipes.
